Service and Repair Coverage


Eligible repairs at Crown City Tire Auto Care are backed by our 36-month/36,000-mile warranty.*

*Coverage varies by service. The service-specific warranty periods and exclusions below apply.


Brake Packages


Standard Brake Package: 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.

Premium Brake Package: 36-month/36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor.*


Both packages include new brake rotors. We do not resurface rotors.

30 Day Alignment Pothole Forgiveness


If an accidental impact or pothole affects your alignment within 30 days of service, bring your vehicle back for an alignment recheck and correction at no charge.


Maintenance Services


The following services carry a warranty of 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first:


  • Oil and filter changes
  • Transmission, coolant, differential, brake and power-steering fluid exchanges
  • Wiper blades
  • Fuel and air induction service
  • Air filters


Batteries


Parts and labor coverage follows the manufacturer’s warranty provided at the time of purchase.


Emission Exhaust and EVAP Systems


Parts and labor are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.


Service Warranty Exclusions


Our standard service warranty does not cover:


  • Engine or transmission replacement
  • Internal engine or transmission repairs
  • Repairs requiring removal of the engine, transmission or other drive-axle components
  • Vehicles used commercially, including rideshare use
  • Sublet repairs, unless coverage was stated before the work


Coverage applies only to the original customer and the vehicle serviced. It is not transferable.


Optional Tire Road Hazard Protection


Our 3-year, 100% road-hazard protection is an optional purchase upgrade. Covered replacement tire coverage is not prorated.


Covered Damage


  • Punctures from nails, screws, cuts and road debris
  • Damage from potholes and impacts with road debris
  • Accidental curb-impact and sidewall damage


Coverage is subject to the exclusions below. We first inspect the tire to determine whether it can safely be repaired. If covered damage makes it unsafe to repair, we replace the tire under the plan terms.


Replacement Costs and Tire Availability


The customer remains responsible for labor, disposal and taxes on a covered replacement.


Replacement tire coverage is based on the tire’s price at the original purchase date. We use the same tire when available; otherwise, we provide an equivalent tire.


Road Hazard Exclusions


  • Overloading, improper inflation or misuse
  • Theft, vandalism or accidents, other than the covered road-hazard impacts described above
  • Abuse, improper maintenance or misalignment
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Racing or off-road use
  • Faulty mechanical conditions of the vehicle
  • Commercial or rideshare use
