Brake components we service are:

Master Cylinder

Brake Hoses

And more.

  • Do I need to change my Brake Fluid?

Yes!  Brake fluid is like any other kind of fluid, in that it wears down and loses its protection overtime.  Many manufacturers have brake fluid exchange intervals, but a good rule of thumb is every 24,000 miles or 2 years.  We check your brake fluid with chemical test strips to determine its condition.  Our brake fluid exchange includes a complete drain of the old fluid within each line, hose and caliper.

  • Why and when do I need my rotors replaced?

Brake rotors are a wearable part like any other.  Most commonly they become worn due to excessive heat, thickness loss, and surface wear.  It is always recommended to replace brake rotors whenever replacing your brake pads.  Installing new rotors will ensure your vehicle is back to its original design and performance, and ultimately will increase the lifespan and braking power of your new brakes.

  • Can I just replace my brake pads?

As your pads wear, so do your rotors, thus we always recommend replacing your rotors with your pads.  This will ensure no vibrations, noise, braking performance issues, and increases the lifespan of your new brakes.

  • How long will my new brakes last?

Typically brakes last 30,000 to 60,000 miles, depending on your vehicle’s size, weight and the way you drive.  When you service your vehicle with us, we always check your brakes for proper function.

  • What are the symptoms of worn brakes?

Worn or bad braking performance symptoms can vary.  Typically you may experience one or more of the following:

    Squeaking noise when braking

Vibration in the steering wheel when braking

Hard pedal requiring extra force to stop

    Soft mushy pedal when braking

    Poor braking performance

We never want you driving with bad brakes, thus we never charge for brake inspection.
