CC is fabulous! As a female senior citizen, I need safe, reliable repairs at a good price. That's exactly what I get at CC.  Everyone there is amazing, but today I want to make special mention of Neidy who handled everything perfectly; keeping me informed about my car's status for the 2 days it was in their care. Her friendly, reassuring personality didn't stop her from giving me exact details as to work needed & costs. She returned the car directly to my parking space a few minutes ago & was driven back by her trusty sister/sidekick Jackie. Great job, everyone. I'm a customer for life!

These guys didn't happen to have the tires I needed immediately, but despite that they put my spare on for me to go to... read more another place, filled all my good tires, and assessed them all for me, making sure I didn't get any that I didn't need.   These guys rock.  Every time I come in, I leave wondering why more businesses don't treat their customers the way they do.  The ladies at the front desk are always... read more super pleasant and helpful.  And the guys that work in the garage bend over backwards to make sure they take care of you.  Most recently, Mikey and Oscar dropped everything they were doing to help me out as I was in a rush.  They took the suspect wheel off (I'd bought the tires at Crown probably 18 months ago) and found a couple of tiny leaks that were causing it to lose pressure very, very slowly.  A less thorough shop wouldn't have been painstaking enough to even find them...that's how little they were.  I was in and out in 30 minutes...no charge.  No charge!  The tires weren't THAT new but they still took care of it for free.  Minor detail but I noticed Mikey wiping off the seat and steering wheel before he turned the car back over to me...pandemic precautions I guess.  Just can't rave enough about service that is WAY too rare these days.

I rushed into Crown City Tires. They must have registered my panic because they took... read more my van in right away. I sat a few minutes and this happy looking young man approached me. He said "My name's Mikey, I have good news for you" (yay!). He explained the situation clearly and indeed it wasn't serious.
That isn't the most interesting part of my review. It was obvious that my problem was just as important to Mikey as it was to me, maybe even more.
I could go on but who wants to read an endless review.
Needless to say, Mikey took care of my problem, put my mind at ease and had me on my way.
