36-month/36,000-mile Warranty!

At the end of the day, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience and service. This is our culture; this is our mission. That’s why we provide a service warranty that gives you peace of mind for your vehicle and repairs. 

If you ever have an experience that is less than 100% satisfying, please let us know. We will make it right!

As for our warranty, we keep it quite simple:

We stand behind a 36-month/36,000-mile warranty on all service and repairs, except for few items listed below:

Brake Pads/Shoes Replaced & Rotors/Drums Resurfaced: Parts and Labor:  If rotors/drums are replaced, our Premium brake package warranty applies: 36-month/36,000-mile warranty. If rotors/drums are replaced, our Standard brake package warranty applies: 12-month/12,000-mile warranty.

Alignment Pothole Forgiveness Warranty: Parts and Labor: 30 days. A misalignment can happen as soon as the next pothole surprises you, thus we will be happy to perform an additional alignment for free if you hit an object or pothole. 

Oil and Filter Change, Transmission Fluid Exchange, Coolant Exchange, Differential Fluid Exchange, Brake Fluid Exchange, Power Steering Fluid Exchange, Wiper Blades, Fuel and Air Induction Service, and Air Filters: 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Batteries: Parts and Labor warranty is in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty listed at the time of purchase. 

Emission, Exhaust, and EVAP Systems: Parts and Labor: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. 

Non-Warrantied Items: Engine and transmission replacement, internal engine/transmission repairs or any repair requiring the removal of engine transmission and other drive axle components. Our standard warranty does not apply to vehicles used commercially, i.e. Uber. This warranty is only for you and the vehicle serviced; it is not transferable. Sublet repairs, unless stated prior.

Crown City Tire Package Road Hazard

Buying the right tire is a large investment for anyone, that’s why we started the Crown City Tire Package for every tire we offer. (exclusions are listed below). This tire package includes: road hazard coverage, roadside assistance, free tire repairs and rotation, free alignment checks, alignment warranty, and more. 

For total peace of mind you can upgrade your tire protection to a 3-year 100% coverage. This way, you get total peace of mind knowing your new investment is protected from the many hazards down the road.

Labor, disposal, and taxes are still due by the customer with a replacement tire. Tire replacement cost is based on the tire price at the time of the purchase date. If the same tire is no longer available, an equal/equivalent tire will be provided. 

What is covered?

Our road hazard protection covers the most common items you may face on the road, such as:

• Punctures: nails, screws, cuts, and other debris.
• Breaks and Bruises: potholes, impacts from road debris.

What is not covered?

• Overloading, improper inflation or misuse.
• Theft, vandalism or accidents.
• Abuse, improper maintenance or misalignment.
• Sidewall abrasions, curb damage, and cosmetic appearance.
• Installation or use for racing and off-road vehicles.
• Faulty mechanical conditions of the vehicle.
• Commercial vehicle use or used for a ride-sharing company.

How does this work?

We make this very simple: we will first inspect the tire if it can be repaired. If the tire is unrepairable in accordance with the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) proper repair procedures, we will replace your tire. We will find your invoice in our system, and replace your tire with the exact same type. If your tire is no longer available, we will replace your tire with the most similar model.
